Hi. I’m Carline Saintilus, a proud wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to empowering families through education and opportunity. With over 20 years of leadership experience in real estate, business management, and public service, I have built a legacy rooted in integrity and impact.
The eldest daughter of Haitian immigrants, I was raised with a simple truth: education is the key to every door. I carried that lesson with me to become the first in my family to earn a graduate degree, obtaining an MBA in Organizational Leadership. My journey is a testament to the American Dream—a dream I am now fighting to protect for every child in our district. I am running to ensure that every student, regardless of their background, is afforded the high-quality education and opportunities they need to succeed.
My transition from the classroom to the helm of Title Geeks, LLC was driven by a single, unwavering conviction: people must always come before transactions. As a former teacher, I understand that true empowerment begins with education. Today, I apply that same principle to Florida’s real estate market. I don’t just facilitate closings; I lead a mission-driven organization that treats every title transfer as an opportunity to change a legacy. By creating local jobs that provide a genuine living wage and guiding families through the complexities of the closing process, I am helping my community bridge the gap between a simple house and generational wealth. At Title Geeks, we aren't just signing papers—we are teaching the next generation how to own their future.

I’ve known Carline Saintilus for over 30 years — our bond goes all the way back to our school days. Over the years, she has been more than a friend; she’s become a sister to me. Through every season of life, Carline has always been that strong, motivating voice pushing me to be my best. Her encouragement, loyalty, and genuine heart have made a lasting impact on my life. I’m truly grateful for our sisterhood and friendship that has stood the test of time.

My first encounter with Carline Saintilus was in fall 2021 during a back to school event she was sponsoring. Every year, through her company and in collaboration with other professionals, she gives away various school supplies for back to school students in the community. Carline has also supported our non-profit organization with school supplies for many unfortunate children in Haiti. I admire her passion and enthusiasm to always support her community here and elsewhere in the world in education. She is a great advocate of children and families. Just the type of leader needed to stand for better education and funding for children. She is a staunch believer that our future depends on our children.
